Shipping and returns
Shipping.... Items will be shipped First Class or Priority Mail with larger items shipping via UPS. As signs are made fresh for your order, so please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for purchase to be made before shipping. Business Days are weekdays Mondays - Fridays, minus holidays. Special orders may take longer to be shipped.
Every item is shipped with Delivery Confirmation and is insured. Once the package is scanned and the shipper accepts the package, seller is not responsible for the time it takes for the package to be delivered.
If your package is marked as delivered and you did not receive it the first thing you should do is:
Check with your neighbors/neighborhood FB page to see if anyone accidentally received your package.
If you can, speak with your carrier to see where they placed your package.
Call your local Post Office to locate the missing package using GPS location.
Give it a couple of days, it may have been accidentally marked as delivered to a different location (it has happened).
In the event, the package was returned to shipper, you will be responsible for the second attempt shipping shipping fee.
Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after it is marked delivered.
Returns... We do accept returns. Please let us know that you want to return your item at: firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of receiving your purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Item must be returned within seven days in its original condition and in the original packaging. When we receive the item in original condition you will receive your refund minus the original cost of shipping. No returns will be accepted without prior agreement.
No returns on any custom or personalized items.
Damaged Items... We package each item very carefully to minimize any possible damage in transit, items do not arrive damaged very often but it can happen. If an item arrives damaged please take photos of the package with shipping label and damaged portion of the sign as all are required for the insurance claim to be processed. Please inspect your order for any damage and if there is any damage please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. After we receive the photos and file the insurance claim we will send a replacement for your item. Please hold onto the item and packaging until we notify you that it is ok to throw them away.
